We just returned to Seattle from Sydney on a 33-day cruise on the Majestic Princess.  What you are trying to do will not be possible with Princess.  There are usually a couple of crossings from the west coast of the U.S. to Australia in the fall after the Alaska season.  Then, you will see a couple going the opposite direction in late spring for the Alaska season.

You might want to consider the March of 2026, 54-day sailing on the Island Princess.  This voyage is roundtrip Los Angeles.  We are booked on this one.

Map shows port stops for South Pacific, Australia & New Zealand. For more details, refer to the List of Port Stops table on this page.

Holland America has a 93 day sailing on the Zaandam RT from San Diego on Jan 4 2026. It is similar to the Island Princess cruise  but includes more ports in Australia and New Zealand.

As mentioned, Princess will do TransPacific crossing at the end of seasons (to reposition ships from one coast to/from Australia-New Zealand.  Many would love to do the same...ship over, stay for a couple of weeks, ship back.

As far as I know, you will have to fly one way.

I would love to do the same for Hawaii.  In the 50's you could do it...not anymore.
