Changing Flights

Whilst I'm on hold for customer services thought I'd ask the question here too.

 

I've got a med cruise booked in September flying from Bristol. I'm moving house next month and Bristol is now going to be a real pain to get to .Ideally we now want to go from London.

Has anyone managed to change flights and if so was there a charge? 

 

Any info much appreciated.

You can change but have to pay the difference in flight cost, subject to availability.

As London fares are normally cheaper than provincial fares, there should be no extra charge. In fact there should be a credit. P&O may not see it that way

Thanks for the replies both. I gave up on customer services after 50mins . Will try again later today.

 take  the I want to book a new cruise option on phone it is answered quicker

We have found ringing P&O as soon as the lines open on the morning works really well since queues not built up then.  We usually book with an agent now though, so they deal with everything.  Hence only have to get through to them now and let them sort, or enquire about whatever.

Finally got through this morning.😀

Changed flights with no extra charge.
