Need food! SoCal isn't open till 4, so I strolled down to Tobacco Road...

 

Frita burger incoming. Only H2O until I get something in my belly. I haven't had anything but a bowl of cereal at 7 this morning.

TSA tip. If you freeze a bottle of water it goes right thru security. No buying expensive bottles on the other side.  Just make sure to drink any melted portion before going thru security.

How do you drink it on the other side if it’s frozen? Takes awhile to thaw.

Tony the bartender here has a heavy pour fortunately for these expensive, non happy hour drinks.

"C" wanted to go over to a restaurant in Miami Beach later on: Stiltsville Fish Bar... Apparently she's on a very strict diet right now, and fish is "her thing"... I know traffic is probably going to be a nightmare, but I'm not driving. Good thing, cuz I been drinking already, and oh by the way, the rental car is in my name...

They're having a photo shoot for some magazine here right now. My first drink was in it. Now they're filming an espresso martini.

Only fill the bottle half full and tip it on its side in the freezer.  After security, fill the bottle the rest of the way and have ice water.
