If I have OBC how do I use that to pay the daily gratuities? Do I have to go to customer service and have them pay it  or is it automatic off my bill?

Automatic out of the OBC.  EM

The gratuities are not added daily.  They are added later in the week in a lump sum.

Can they be deducted from my OBC?

OBC can be used to pay gratuities.

Your OBC is applied to your account. The gratuities are also applied to your account. At the end of the cruise if there is a balance, meaning, your expenses (including gratuities) exceed your OBC, then that amount is what is charged to your credit card on file.
