Online Check in down

For the last 3 days, I keep getting the message “Sorry, we hit a snag.  Please try again later.”   I called RCCL and they acknowledged it is a widespread problem they are working on and wrote up a ticket to have technology dept look into my account.  Has anyone had this problem and got it fixed?  How?  Thank you!

Have you tried both online and in the app? Have you asked in the Roll Call thread (or elsewhere) for your sailing if others have the same issue?

No roll call for my sailing.  I’ve tried both online and app.

I’ll try that but I did log out, close app, reopened it and logged in again.
