Retractable ID holder question

OK, I have an odd question. I just found those retractable ID holders, but noticed that the ring to attach them is the slot-style, not just a hole. Has anyone had any luck getting your seapass slot-punched, or will I have to alter the holder somehow to work with a regular round hole?

The Guest Relations desk or Adventure Ocean will hole punch your card for you or your kids, then you can just clip it on your lanyard, retractable clip-on or arm bracelet (both of which have found at Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, or any office supply store):) .

 

P.S. You can buy a clip for the end of your retractable ID holder so you can use the regular hole punch. It also makes it easier to take off when giving to bartenders!

Wal-Mart in the jewerly department. Not sure about slot punch? Know they put holes in them but can't say I have seen the slot punch used.

Do you carry your hotel room key on a lanyard? I guess I prefer not to look like a conventioneer! Pockets work well to carry your key, as do small purses/bags for women. They also hold comb, lipstick, etc...!
