Problems With Princess.com

I have been trying to get on "my Princess" on the website for 2 days. Yesterday, I was getting some message saying that i was being redirected and the link no longer exists. Today, when I click the "my Princess" or "log in" link, it asks me for my password and email, (like always) but after i enter it, it tells me that the info is incorrect. incorrect password or email address. I tried this many many times. It continues to say the same thing. I know that my info is correct. I have logged onto princess a million times and never had a problem. has anyone had this kind of trouble?

This happened to me once and I had to call Princess customer service to get my password reset. They didn't really explain why it had occurred but my password had gotten changed. They reset it to something I gave them on the phone. Then I logged in and changed it back to what it had orginally been and it has worked since.
