These photos are from webshots, Promenade Deck Pool Area Night Day Cabin (sorry about the person on the bed!!) [/url] Hope this helps some people to get a feel of the ship. AuzzieCruiser Posted November 11, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted November 11, 2006 I love going for a walk along the Promenade deck as well. It is beautiful at night:D . Unfortuantely this one doesn't go all the way around. On the Diamond Princess, it went all the way around, and up as well. I was quite surprised how quiet the Promenade deck was. Though, on the last day, there were about 250, if not more, whales migrating, and the Promenade deck was quite crowded on both sides. It was truly a magical sight.
AuzzieCruiser Posted November 11, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted November 11, 2006 Hi Aussie cruiser, thank you for photos of Regal Princess.Husband and I cruised Alaska on board in 1998. unfortunately he accidently erased all our photos....:( :( we had a lovely time. good size cabins too. kindest regards, Lorraine:) :) Lorraine, Shame about the photos. I think I've lost my Alaska photos too!! The cabins are going to be huge. I think they are 190sqft(don't ask me to convert). The largest I've had is on Celebrity Infinity, which was 191sqft plus 41sqft of balcony. Jarrod.

Will they replace the furniture, new carpets, new paint on the walls etc to transform it from a Princess Ship to a P&O ship.

Brushtail Posted November 12, 2006 #11 Share Posted November 12, 2006 Thanks for the pictures, they're great and it all seems more exciting seeing them when you think we will be on it in 12 months time. :D I really like the promenade deck and also the dome which seems to be the casino at the moment, but I've heard that P&O will change it to a bar/seating area. This seems a better idea to me, as I don't like casinos much. Are casinos more popular in the Northern Hemisphere or is it just me? kaseyoz Posted November 15, 2006 #19 Share Posted November 15, 2006 does anyone know if she will have connecting cabins. I know a lot of the american ships have them and use them rather than 4 in a cabin. Might be a bit more expensive but i am sure there is a market for them
