Lovincruisin1321 Posted November 5, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2007 Does RCCL have their own brand of beer? I was on a Baltic cruise in August on the Jewel. The beer bottle said "Royale". We thought it was a Belgium beer, but I cannot find it anywhere. Even when I searched on line. Can someone help me? Thanks!
Aprille Posted November 5, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 5, 2007 Royal beer is bottled especially for RCCL and as such I don't believe it is distributed to retailers. I think the only place you can find it is on an RCCL ship. We discovered it on our January 2007 cruise on Spendour. CC use to have an article posted about it but I just dug up my link and the article has apparently been taken down. Here is a link to a thread on Royal beer from March of this year (the link I provided in this thread was still good at that time): Beer question

cheaptravel Posted November 5, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 5, 2007 I had Royale a few times. I wouldn't call it a White or a Wit, but close, and on the sweet side if anything.
BaumD Posted November 5, 2007 #5 Share Posted November 5, 2007 Believe it or not RCCl used to have their own wine back in the early 90's. It was a Mondavi wine and etched on the bottle was the profile of an RCCL ship and above it was written Royal Caribbean with the Crown & Anchor Logo. I still have the bottle form 1991 or 92.
