rtrtx2 Posted November 27, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 27, 2007 Just back from our first cruise as Platinum members. Priority embarkation was great. We did not receive coupons for Johnny Rockets, missed that. Our cruise was only six nights, never received any invite to a platinum event, figured perhaps that is only 7 night cruises. Double casino coupons was nice, prefer the buy one get one drink coupons in the gold book compared to the one free drink of either soda, water, house wine or domestic beer. But I appreciate free, so not really complaining.

Silvery Seas Cruiser Posted November 27, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 27, 2007 I wonder why you didn't get Johnny Rockets coupons. It seems as if you should have. I would have asked at the customer service counter. Did you receive other platinum benefits such as robes in your room?

I would have asked at the customer service counter. Did you receive other platinum benefits such as robes in your room? Maybe because I just got the Diamond books on the Empress of the Sea with the Johnny Rocket coupons. The Empress does not even have a Johnny Rockets. I thought that was rather bizarre. Somebody goofed!
rtrtx2 Posted November 27, 2007 Author #6 Share Posted November 27, 2007 Yes we got the robes, also a past guest gift. I probably should have asked about the Johnny Rocket coupons.
