chitown cruisers Posted December 15, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 15, 2007 Which is more comfortable the upper pull down or the single convertible sofa bed? Thanks in advance! The back comes off the sofa to make it like a day bed....it's not a pull out sofa where the bar sticks in your back (like most probably immagine).........I believe they are all good........but the sofa should be better. LHP Posted December 15, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 15, 2007 The sofa is better because there is no climbing up into it!!
DarthGrady Posted December 15, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 15, 2007 Its probably a matter of convenience. The couch is lower and easier to get into. However, the pull down bunk has one of those wonderful Carnival Comfort Bed matresses in it. I would endure the climb every night to enjoy one of those awesomely comfortable beds! pe4all Posted December 15, 2007 #5 Share Posted December 15, 2007 My dd swears by the upper bed - I climbed up there (once) and it was pretty comfy - I thought nicer than the sofa bed. Luckily, I can still "make the climb" -lol. Getting up wasn't bad - going back down, on the other hand, was a bit scarier.
CorbinCatFan Posted December 15, 2007 #6 Share Posted December 15, 2007 Our DD's slept on both. The results were that the upper is full size and more comfortable than the sofa. The sofa was a little shorter and harder than the upper. At six foot, I would not be comfortable with the lenght of the sofa.
