Can any one on the Pacific Sun, can tell us why they are late leaving?

 

Is it because of the weather? Or a ship problem?

Actually, I had SECO escort me to the gangway to make sure I DID get off!!! I had threatened him I wasn't going!!!

So this really was the reason the PS was late leaving!

Just watched Sky NZ news..big weather bomb hitting Auckland today, big seas and gale force winds, lots of rain, flooding and damage in Auckland. Going to be a rocky road for Pacific Sun..god bless you all on board.

Hope all is well for those on the PS Les. I have heard that NZ has had an unusual amont of lightening strikes also and one plane was struck by lightening.

Looking at PS web cam Yesterday it was really nice where they where (I think they where in Lifou Yesterday) so I think the PS miss the bad weather, but it will be interesting on there last sea day, as there is reports there is another storm coming on Wednesday (& They arrive on Thursday)

With Mystery Island on the itinerary, it would be a shame for another cruise to have to miss the Island due to bad weather. :rolleyes:

I read about that in a news email last week, then had it sent this week . Was thinking, "gee, they are having a rough time in NZ". I now realise they were again reporting the same storm. Please just excuse me, was having a "doh" moment!:o
