jamesnnb Posted November 1, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 1, 2008 I was wondering what toiletries we might expect onboard the Mariner next April. We are in a D1 (one of the cool, aft-facing cabins=) and we are (newly) Diamond members. I think the basics are the shampoo/body wash in the bottled shower container -- but as Diamond Members is there anything else (besides bar soap, of course). Thanks! As far as toiletries are concerned that's it -however there is s very nice free coctail hour from 5 - 8 = so I don't mind bringing my own shampoo and such

Last time I was on the Mariner (we are also diamonds) stayed in a JS and had travel sizes of shampoo/conditioner and body lotion. I am on the Mariner in a few weeks and I am hoping for more of the same, although I have heard that these little toiletry perks are becoming a thing of the past no matter what your level with C&A is........:(
cruisenfever Posted November 1, 2008 #4 Share Posted November 1, 2008 If you ask you cabin attendant nicely, I am sure that he/she will provide them for you.
Marie51 Posted November 5, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 5, 2008 I just finished a cruise on Adventure of the seas and we had no toiletries at all in the cabin. I am a Diamond member and had a balcony cabin.

cb at sea Posted November 5, 2008 #7 Share Posted November 5, 2008 Just bring your own--it's so much easier, and you'll get the stuff that works best for you. Bear in mind that because the water is sooooo soft, a little teeny bit of shampoo goes a loooong way!
