Rala Posted March 27, 2009 #51 Share Posted March 27, 2009 I think Brenda Patrick would be an awesome Godmother. I had the pleasure of meeting Ken DeMore (mentioned above) . He was a lovely man and if Rccl needed a Godfather, he would definitely be in the running.
will work to cruise Posted March 27, 2009 #52 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Imagine what a chair hog the Octomom and her traveling circus would be
BroncosFan2010 Posted March 27, 2009 #53 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Being that the ship is geared for families and is the largest ship ever, would Octomom be a good candidate as Godmother? Thanks for making my day with a good laugh! I needed that!
BroncosFan2010 Posted March 27, 2009 #54 Share Posted March 27, 2009 No we can't. This is RCI we are talking about, Not CCL. Leave the trashy stuff to other lines Awesome!
Sky616 Posted March 27, 2009 #55 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Well, if they are at all concerned about filling the cabins, Octomom might be a good place to start! ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxtgLzi-aK0 Best laugh I had in a while. Thanks. Maybe we can name each neighberhood after her kids. Oh that's right there aren't enough.
darkauf Posted March 27, 2009 #56 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Brenda patrick is the most loyal to royal individual i have ever met. She had just started working for royal at the airport when she took ill. Part of her recovery is the anticipation of returning to cruising. She has over 65 cruises on royal. We all love her and have followed her story since the day she took ill. She is a personal friend also. I vote for her. klfhngr Posted March 27, 2009 Author #57 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Oh, I didn't know that she was an employee of Royal. Are they 'allowed' to be Godmothers?

critterchick Posted March 28, 2009 #61 Share Posted March 28, 2009 I think Brenda Patrick would be an awesome Godmother. I had the pleasure of meeting Ken DeMore (mentioned above) . He was a lovely man and if Rccl needed a Godfather, he would dedinitely be in the running. I think there are plenty of people with many cruises on RCI who would make awesome godparents, but I don't think that was the point of this thread. Which, by the way, is hilarious! I needed that belly laugh! And Adventure has godparents: Tara Stackpole - FDNY Kevin Hannafin - FDNY Margaret McDonnell-NYPD Sgt. Richard Lucas - NYPD Her maiden voyage was November 18, 2001. cameraguy Posted March 29, 2009 #62 Share Posted March 29, 2009 My vote is for Brenda (Breal6) This is one gal who loves RCI more than anything. She even has a Crown and Anchor tattoo on her leg. She made pins and magnets for our Cruise Critic friends that we sailed with and gave them out the first day before sail-a-way. She had a major stroke Feb. 27, 2008, and cannot wait to go back on a weekend cruise on RCI. This will take a lot of rehab work but it will happen again. kitty1 Posted March 29, 2009 #63 Share Posted March 29, 2009 I vote for Brenda Patrick. She is a wonderful lady who has gone through adversity in the past year but she is a fighter. She is also very loyal to Royal Caribbean.
