Broken link to Princess site?

I tried about a dozen times and just finally got into the website a minute ago. Initially I couldn't get into my Cruise Personalizer but after trying numerous times I finally was able to do that also. Just keeping trying it is back up but still having difficulties.

 

I still can't get in. Just wanted to check and see if the cruises I turned over to a TA yesterday had been picked up. Just got email confirmation from TA, so now I don't need the site at this moment.

This kind of long outage is a huge burden for the call center!

They are getting all the complaints, besides all the requests for changes to bookings that passengers would normally do themselves...

Lets hope they lowered some prices at least...lol.

I am waiting for my upgrade confirmation from Princess.

More meaningful would be a FREE family photo on canvas.

So the site is back up and I checked the Personalizer and it said my personal information is "Incomplete" for my upcoming cruise in 2 weeks. It was complete before the outage. I looked and it is missing passport expiration dates.

 

Wonder if they had a problem with the database...

On the Site problems.

 

They are and have been systemwide.

 

Attention to Deatil for us Passengers is a must.

The ( Princess ) have had many problems and false entries over the years.. even listing our residencies in another Country.

 

 

They sure are in the (( I I A )) INTERNET ICE AGES eh...

 

 

Seattle, California and Miami are and have been having a LOT of Technical difficulties.

 

Still as of today 06/06/2009 A.D. they know naught what there problems are.

 

Well at least they are so much the better than Travel Agencies.

 

I had to make my own Bookings again as the agency I worked with and purchased our next passages was like the Alka-Selzer Commercial.. ANYDAY NOW Any day.....

 

It may be so like a lot of Service Industry has done.. |\ Gone Down Hill in Service rendered...

 

 

But isn't that why we pay them)((((((?)))):mad:
