Just found this staff reply on the NCL site under questions and answers for the Gem--thought it was a good list of suite (not mini suites) perks:

Butler Service

Just wanted to say thanks. I will be cruising in a suite for the first time in OCT. Now I know a lot of the perks and benefits that come with the room. Thanks for the help and the info.

Please keep in mind that staff do not answer those questions but NCL cruisers do. :) It was set up for cruisers to post questions and other cruisers to reply.

My apologies!!!!!!! I just went to the site and saw that post by staff! I was under the impression that staff did not answer any questions and that other cruisers did. I was very wrong!!!! I'm delighted you posted this and I thank you! :)

click on questions and answers--I think it was on page five.

 

By the way each ship has a question and answers section.

Actually, NCL staff do answer questions.

Do a search - perk

 

See question "Q: 1 answer what are the perks for penthouse category AB?"

 

See answer - by NCLStaff - Miami, FL

 

Also, just above the answer it has a logo of NCL with Staff Answer. All others either say anonymous or a name that was setup.

One note is that staff answers on the q&a have been wrong in the past.

 

Yes, many times wrong in the past!!! The information here is much more reliable. Not only that, from ship to ship amenities vary and specifically services provided by the concierge and butler vary greatly.
