After all, we can't have too much of that! :D

I got a Carnival email newsletter this morning, and it has this recipe in it:

Warm Melting Chocolate Cake

8 oz semisweet chocolate

1 cup (2 sticks) butter

7 eggs, divided use

6 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter; cool 10 minutes. In separate bowl, mix four eggs with sugar. Whisk. Add flour and whisk. Add remaining three eggs. Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture. Pour in individual ramekins. Bake until just done, about 15-20 minutes (interior will be melting). Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Not so much a fan but I do understand the raves about it. I'm just not a chocolate fan. Give me Flan in any form and I'm happy. Glad you got the recipe. :)

I'm with you on the flan! Love them. :) And souffles. Am I showing my dessert-madness?

Oh my goodness! I'm printing this off right now. My husband & I both love this type of cake. Thanks for posting.

I don't know if they have Costco stores near you, but if they do, then your should look for a similar thingy in the freezer case. We tried it and thought it wasn't quite as good as the Carnival version, but it's really easy to do and pretty daggone good. Also, Trader Joe has a version of this. I bought it last week, but we haven't tried it yet. Looking forward to that! :)

Sounds yummy. I will have to try this at home and see if it is good!
