  1. My thoughts exactly, plus this one that looks like 1/2 of an Oasis class aft where those huge aqua suites are located. @CSHS1979 Laura, thank you for posting John's fabulous pictures. He looks well rested and enjoying all the sites to the fullest.
  2. @FromSea2ShiningSea Helen, fabulous pictures, as always. The one with the Statue of Liberty reminded me of the original Planet of the Apes movie with Charlton Heston. What a shock that scene was! May your mother's memory always be a blessing to you. My mother's yarhzeit (anniversary of a loved one's death, for those not in the know) was a few weeks ago. @jmh2006 Jennifer from me too. May all your birthday wishes come true!
  3. I once, only once saw what looked like a fox on the Palisades Parkway area a in the wooded area right next to the exit 10 ramp. I was amazed since there were quite a bit of cars whizzing by. It looked exactly like the description of the one you thought you saw. So sorry you have such extensive physical disabilities especially your Parkinsons. I would hope at times you could get someone to help, family/friends with internet stuff. I'm sorry you can't post much online. I know posting in here brings you lots of enjoyment.
  4. I was just going to post the exact same thing. Regal came to my mind instantly. That picture is frame worthy for sure. How on earth do you decide what to order? Will you ever get used to the Windjammer again?
  5. Jack used to buy me gifts but stopped because he said he never saw the gifts after he gave them to me. 🤣 Flowers every now and then work.
  6. Forgive me, Marian. Somehow I got the idea your name was Helen. 😳
  7. Each patient is different. I took Tramadol at least 3 separate times after various surgeries with no adverse affects. In fact, I felt it wasn't as effective for pain relief as hydrocodone was. Again, safe travels home, good luck with a successful surgery and heal quickly.
  8. Terrible news. Thank you for letting us know what happened. I posted a response on that thread. Healing prayers go to Helen.
  9. Oh Helen, so sorry to read about your accident. I hope you get home safely without incident and that you heal quickly.
  10. Greg, my kidney doctor told me no compression socks when I sleep. Good advice found in here besides compression socks during the day; feet up if possible when sitting, walking is great, I take a water pill every other day, as little alcohol and salt as possible. You're aware of the problem and I'm sure you'll find the best plan for your health, under a doctor's advice.
  11. @FromSea2ShiningSeaHelen thank you so much for your amazing culturally rich photos. @Jimbo I'm enjoying your photos. Seems like a great get-away. @Luckynana Maryann, thank you and others for mentioning Holocaust Day, a very solemn day all over the world. We were lucky here in the Dallas area. No flooding in my area, no tornadoes, no hail. For now............ And good luck on the roofing. @h20skibum Mark, great news on your daughter's recent scan. So sorry about the loss of your friend, Greg. Sounds like he had a fitting, emotional sendoff. @Ourusualbeach Ken, continue to enjoy basking in cruise luxury. Amazing cabin and balcony. Dyson hairdryer! No wonder Sarah is over the moon!
  12. Wishing the most wonderful birthday to Melanie and Judy. May all their birthday wishes come true. Same to Owen. @CruiszBug Denny I can't open any of your pictures. Hope you're having a wonderful trip. @Sea Dog Greg, looks like you're having the most wonderful shenanigans with your friends!
