  2. Yes. You have 60 days from the date cruise was booked as long as the booking isn’t already paid in full.
  3. Yes that’s the reason, no tables for 12. You will need to break your group up into two tables to make the reservation. Then when you go to the dining room the first night you can let them know you want to be seated at 2 tables near each if possible.
  4. Is shipping not an option because you are too close to sailing date? If that’s not the case then it’s a glitch. You can close the app, log in again and try to order them again and see if it goes through or sometimes you have to add the home address again manually. If that still doesn’t work call Princess (or your TA) and see if they can get it to go through. all that said, if you have to pick up your medallions at the terminal it doesn’t add that much time since you already have everything else done ( maybe 5-10 minutes depending on how busy the blue lane is when you arrive).
  5. Open the app and go to “Reserve Dining” then click on the dining room you want to reserve to start a new reservation. Then click on the little pencil icon next to your photo. Then click on the plus sign in the upper right corner of the screen; this will bring up a box where you can add their booking numbers so you can add them to the reservation.
  6. Depending on what ship you are on: Gigis or Alfredo’s, O’Malleys Irish Pub, Salty Dog Gastropub, Vines, Ocean Terrace Sushi, Planks and Steamers. Not all of these venues are on each ship so check your specific ship to see what’s available.
  7. Having the birthdate correct is important. You always want your exact name and birthdate to match your travel documents (ie passports). If you haven’t already done so you should confirm the information is correct. If you used a TA have them go into the booking and correct the birthdate if necessary. if you booked through Princess contact them asap and ask that they confirm the birthdates are correct in the bookings.
  8. Yes, the correct policy is that booking can be transferred anytime between when you booked the cruise up to 60 days from date you booked it as long as the booking is outside of final payment or has not otherwise already been paid in full.
  9. It depends on when you arrive at the terminal. If you arrive at a busy time then it will add more time to your boarding due to more people checking in. If you plan to arrive later in the boarding process (after noon for example) then it likely won’t add more than 5 minutes. The $10 shipping covers shipping for both medallions.

If you don’t want to download the app here is a link to the web based version https://oceanready-personalinfo-ui.prod.ocean.com/ prior to your cruise if you enter your information into the app or via the web and order your medallions to be shipped to your home it can speed up your boarding process. Rest assured though, if you don’t do any data entry or order medallions you can get everything take care of at the cruise terminal by going through the Blue Lane with your passport and credit card ( I also recommend bringing a copy of your Travel Summary but that’s just me 😄).
