  1. Greg, my kidney doctor told me no compression socks when I sleep. Good advice found in here besides compression socks during the day; feet up if possible when sitting, walking is great, I take a water pill every other day, as little alcohol and salt as possible. You're aware of the problem and I'm sure you'll find the best plan for your health, under a doctor's advice.
  2. @FromSea2ShiningSeaHelen thank you so much for your amazing culturally rich photos. @Jimbo I'm enjoying your photos. Seems like a great get-away. @Luckynana Maryann, thank you and others for mentioning Holocaust Day, a very solemn day all over the world. We were lucky here in the Dallas area. No flooding in my area, no tornadoes, no hail. For now............ And good luck on the roofing. @h20skibum Mark, great news on your daughter's recent scan. So sorry about the loss of your friend, Greg. Sounds like he had a fitting, emotional sendoff. @Ourusualbeach Ken, continue to enjoy basking in cruise luxury. Amazing cabin and balcony. Dyson hairdryer! No wonder Sarah is over the moon!
  3. Wishing the most wonderful birthday to Melanie and Judy. May all their birthday wishes come true. Same to Owen. @CruiszBug Denny I can't open any of your pictures. Hope you're having a wonderful trip. @Sea Dog Greg, looks like you're having the most wonderful shenanigans with your friends!
  4. Thank you for your outstanding pictures and commentary. I hope your family issue will be resolved. Best wishes to you and have safe travels home.
  5. @Luckynana Maryann, I couldn't have said it better than Greg. However, I would like to add; May wonderful memories of your beloved dad constantly be with you.
  6. As someone who doesn't frequent that other fb site often, I'm also glad Laura posts in here.
  7. Seriously? Not once a day like we've been getting? Thanks for all the info, good and bad.
  8. Jennifer, let me add my condolences on the loss of your dear, beloved father. I know sweet memories will help sustain you.
  9. Additional Key West thoughts: We had a Key West port stop on a Rhapsody cruise approx. 18 years ago. We did the trolley tour, had a margarita and burger in Margaritaville AND frozen chocolate covered key lime pie. Worth all the hype. We wandered into a perfume shop on Duval St. and it turned out the owners came from Jack's home town in Israel and knew some of the same people. They chatted for it seemed hours and the owner and his wife were disappointed when we had to return to the ship and turn down their dinner invitation. We were gifted with free bottles of perfume. Can't remember which ones. Good memories!
  10. Yay, you're back! Graham, delicious spread and you're looking wonderful. I agree with @Sea Dog Greg. That red velvet cake looks super yummy and a very generous slice it is!
  11. No matter how much you won, no matter how much you lost, thanks for taking us along to share your adventures. Have safe travels back home.
