Our photo review of numerous French ports!

Hi all. Earlier this year we spent three weeks touring France and I thought I would share some info which may assist with your trip planning. While we have taken numerous cruises in the past, this trip was land based. However we visited numerous French cities & villages which could be visited via a cruise including Nice, Monaco, Villefranche, St-Paul-de-Vence, Les Baux-de-Provence, the Camargue and ultimately a week in Paris.

In between we spent time exploring the interior of France, visiting the alps in Chamonix and the chateaus of the Loire Valley & Versailles.

We had a fantastic trip and are almost done the trip report with 19 of the 21 days now complete. We hope to finish the rest in the next few days. There are literally hundreds of photos included.

Wow fantastic photos, thank you, we're heading to France next summer and we're spending 3 days in Nice and then a week in Menton before starting a river cruise from Monte Carlo, well the trip starts there obviously not the river :-)

Thank you for sharing the beautiful pictures. My husband and I are on a cruise in May that starts in Nice and then Monaco. You gave me great suggestions and information about visiting those two areas.
