Just off Carnival Magic 5/21 Ask Away?

We just finished a 8 Night Cruise on the Magic.......

We had the Cheers Package and a Deck 9 Forward Inside Cabin. Which was great we were 2 doors away from access to the open deck right on top of the bridge wing.

We would love to answer any questions we can.

1). 8 night cruise. That's different. Where did you cruise to?

2). Where did you eat lunch after you just boarded the ship?

I just booked for Feb 2018. DId you notice if they had tito's vodka and angry orchard cider on board? I am gluten free and those are my go to adult beverages.

That's exactly where I'm headed in 26 days- cabin 9214, forward interior. We are doing an 8 day and a 7 day B2B. How was the cruise? Did it feel crowded to you?

Was the ship clean, and did you notice any sewerage smell? What movies were playing? Did you enjoy any shows?

Both Titos and Angry Orchard are available for purchase from the Fun Shops prior to boarding for avail in your cabin. (I just checked)

We went to Grand Turk, San Juan, St Maarten and St Kitts we also had 3 sea days.

We had lunch in the Italian Restaurant on deck 11 they had a pasta bar

Suarza is you cabin steward he was amazing.

If you are going to the Serenity deck get there early we were only able to get a clam shell 1 day.

Getting back on the ship from port stops was long as everyone had to go through metal and xray screening.

Ship was clean, the only smell we hated was the heavy cigarette smell walking thru the casino on deck 5

Shows were ok, comedy shows were good.

We're doing a deck 9 forward interior next June- how was the forward outside deck above the bridge? We purposely booked this deck to have access to that "secret deck"

We are sailing in November. How was the A/C in your cabin. I consider anything above 75 too hot for comfort.

Who was the punchliner comedian? I'm leaving on the magic may 27th.

Cheers was good for those who use it, I drank a lot of Martinis on board as long as you can do 6 mixed drinks a day you are ahead.

Specialty coffees are tough as t bff ere us usually 2 gird there making them and the line gets long.

The forward outside deck was amazing..

There was 1 day they closed it because of the winds,other then that it,was good.

We ,had the A.C. at max, there were times it got to cold at night we had to get under blankets, then would kick them off because we got hot

Did you go to the beach in Grand Turk?

In Grand Turk we walked the shops then walked up to Jack's Shack, but that was no big deal we had a 11.00 pina colada and a 3 dollar local beer and left, We went b back to the ship and stayed aboard we were not impressed with Grand Turk.

Our beach day was St Maarten, we went to Orient Beach and stayed at The Aloha Club

No one special they had 2 and,I can't remember their name as they just didn't stand out.

Plus the room is so small you have to get tickets 40 mins in advance to see the show

How was getting off the ship in the ports? We want to book independent tours, I know they used to let the Carnival booked tours off first. Also are any off them tender ports? The day we are in St Thomas there are six ships in port.
