Door Decorations

Yes! Although ours got ripped down on the Imagination :( I made a new one for our next cruise, though.

Yes, I did it on our last cruise to Alaska. I actually just purchased some decorations for my upcoming cruise in two weeks! ;-(

We do.

I did it one cruise when it was Halloween...now hubby loves it cause it makes it easy for him to find our door!!!;) We will be cruising over Thanksgiving and I want to put a turkey and something else on the other cabin door. Will make it easy for the grandkids to get the right cabin!!!!:D

The DW does on every cruise she makes them for the everybody in our cruising group she takes pictures from previous cruises makes it easier to find our door

I usually make a sign and laminate it at work ....it's great to find your cabin door in a sea of doors that look all the same! ;)

I cannot figure out how to post pics but I did this for our last (which was our first) cruise based on a tip here. I'm definitely doing it again this year!

Will be decorating for upcoming birthday/anniversary cruise. Always brings a smile to how creative our fellow cruisers can be too... And though don't drink does make it easier to find the door...

I would love to do this for our first cruise this year! Does anyone know of any rules carnival has or dimensions?

Carnival wants you to use command strips or poster putty for hanging the items. The doors are 72" x 22" and most are not metal so I wouldn't rely on magnets.

The wife uses glue dots they come right off when it's over but she has used tape

Have used magnetic sheets and also tape on royal caribbean

We do decorate but our decorations were stolen on the Magic in December. :(

We do and will come next Saturday. I use the cricut from work and cut out a sun, palm trees, dolphins, a ship, and our names. I attach them eith poster putty and it works great. I also bought a glitter heart as well be on the ship on valentines day!

I used cardstock, scrapbook paper and letters, and stickers for our last one

I put up a laminate port hole. One was taken on Paradise, the only time my door decoration was taken.

My mother-in-law made some for our doors on our cruise this past summer. She actually made a print out and then stuck it on a sheet magnet to hang it up with.

We always hang a lei from our mailbox! Makes it easy to find our room. I bought some valentines decorations for our cruise coming up!!!!:)

We do in fact just bought our Valentine's Day decorations for our door the other day.
