3-12-15 Thursday Weigh-In..

Hoping everyone has a good weigh-in.

weather. I know some of you really need

it to be warmer.

Down 10 pounds, I gained 20 due to knee injury and being sloppy with my eating. Knee is better and I am back on track, 15 more to go.

I am down .05lbs. Not great but it's not up.

Belle, I hope that you are doing okay. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Belle, how are you doing? Thinking of you!

I'm down only .2 pounds. At least it's a loss. I have been working out more so I am hoping that I am gaining some muscle.

I'm back at 200 even this morning. Finally got some focus and have been perfect since Monday with eating and exercise.

Short term goal is my Niece's wedding next month - long term (180's) is reunion in July.

Went to the Hawaiian Heritage Festival last weekend, saw this size chart. It's seems to be motivating to me to keep to the left side:

I have no idea how much I've gained ... but everything is so tight (either that or all the clothes have shrunk!!! :rolleyes:) ... life is interesting now ... so I'm just trying to plug away with life and with get back on track on May 1st. Jan

I lost 5 lbs over the past 2 weeks.

Missy --- you are so correct ... they do live in my closet ... I know its all their fault!!!! :eek: :D Jan

I blame hot water and the dryer...:D

I'm pooped. Plumbed the new tub and set the tile around the fixtures.

Yanked out the vanity, med cab, and the rest of the floor tile. I burned a few calories I believe.

Remember "dump runs"? Not any more, thanks to Craigslist! Crap was gone in 2 hours.
