So I heard a rumor from a crewmember friend - that the new CD on Brilliance was from the Navigator (but he didn't know the name) - so . . . possibly Jeff will transfer? Lets see . . . .

John will be flying to Galveston on Saturday. I assume he will board on Sunday morning and take over from there. Or, he may have a transition period and not start until the following weekend. I am not sure how the turnover from one CD to another works.:rolleyes: John's new wife will join him at the end of the month. They will have a 6 month contract together. :)

Clo indicated that she will finish her current tour on the Brilliance and head home for the holidays on December 16th. I believe , but am not certain, that she will return to the Brilliance in time to take her back to Europe next April. Clo's husband and her son, Conor. were onboard for this year's repositioning cruise from Boston to Tampa. During the cruise, Conor turned 8.

I never cared much about the CD and never bother to see who was on board as we always have a good time, but on a recent Freedom cruise he and the staff were among the weakest and disorganized CD staff ever. This will be our third NYE on a ship and I am already dreading his NYE celebration.

I don't have any concrete information, but the typical contract on Freedom is either 2 months or 4 months. It appears that Casey is on a 4 month contract that started on Aug 10, so he should be signing off around the 2nd week of December. It is pretty safe to say that you will have the next CD, whoever that is!

Tim is a recently promoted CD, just doing a quick fill-in contract on Indy. There is absolutely no way of knowing if he will be on the ship next year. With the exception of a handful of CDs who have regular contracts on the same ship, most CD's don't even know where they will be in a few months, nevermind in a year.

You'll have to stay tuned to this thread. I update it as soon as info is available. But, it will probably be next spring/summer before we'll know who will be the CD on most ships in October 2015.

Tim is a recently promoted CD, just doing a quick fill-in contract on Indy. There is absolutely no way of knowing if he will be on the ship next year. With the exception of a handful of CDs who have regular contracts on the same ship, most CD's don't even know where they will be in a few months, nevermind in a year.

 

 

You'll have to stay tuned to this thread. I update it as soon as info is available. But, it will probably be next spring/summer before we'll know who will be the CD on most ships in October 2015.

(Who is filling in March 1 until April 19?) Jerome Sueur will return to do all of the European cruises (April 19 thru Oct 25) since he is fluent in 5 languages. Just to clear up the ID info. Tim Connor was on as CD until 10th November when he left in St Maarten to be with his wife who was ill in Orlando. Jamie took over from that day. I'm curious who on the ship gave the info about Cuddy as according to Jamie and Jemma (Cruise staff who stepped up to Activities Manager after Jamie became CD), Tim would be returning ASAP and Cuddy was never mentioned.
