Wow. I'm in the wrong business. Should have gone into the cruise ship dry cleaning biz.

I'll be on the EPIC but embarking from Rome not Barcelona. Does anyone know if the laundry bag special is still available for those embarking in Rome and what day?

I have this same question for 2017. Leaving out of Rome on a Wednesday-Wednesday cruise. Is laundry bag special on Epic offered?

What size is the bag, and can it be mixed items? In other words are they going to separate the colors or should we only put all darks or all lights?

I mixed items/colors. They put a teeny tiny ID tag on each piece. I decided not to send anything delicate. I expect they use warm water and strong soap for all. Since bottoms, pants, shorts, etc. take up more room in the suitcase and can easily be repeated with different tops, I took less bottoms and had them laundered. Tops, which are usually more delicate, I took extra. I roll them and can fit a bunch of them in the front pocket of my suitcase.

Do they offer pressing service? I will bring clean clothes that will get wrinkled in my suitcase and we are not allowed to bring an iron.

Yes there is a pressing service and is usually half price on embarkation day. You can also get an iron and board from the Steward for a limited time (about an hour) if you want to press items yourself (who does that on vacation!?! :o)
