Are there any ships still stopping there?

We had that as a port stop several cruises and tours went to D-Day Beaches and to Paris?

Do they still do that?

There are still some ships, although not usually the mass market cruises. Here a few of the ships: Marco Polo, Crystal Sympathy, Magellen, Azamara Quest, Silverwind, etc. We think you are already aware that the more popular port of Le Havre is relatively close to Honfleur.

I don't think any ships, even the little 'uns, dock at Honfleur. I think you'll find they all tender into the harbour.

Very convenient tender jetty, right by the harbour & no need for any transport.

The only cruises we have seen in the town of Honfleur have been river cruises.

Thanks for the info. Itinerary doesn't show it as a tender port. I will try roll call thread.

We docked a short walk from Honfleur last year on the Adonia(which is the same class as the Quest) it was approx 10 min walk :)

The Azamara Journey is scheduled to stop there on the 2018 WC.

We're on the Oceania Marina "Viking Glory" cruise in June 2017 and the itinerary shows us in Honfleur as the "Paris" stop.

A mere matter of 120 miles (beg pardon, 195 klicks in French money) from Paris ;)

Fits in the same category as ships which port in Hanoi, Berlin, Luxor, Bangkok, Caracas, Rome, London......................................... :rolleyes:

We will be in the Port of Honfleur June 1st, 2017 from the cruise ship Oceania Marina. Looking for suggestions of what to do in or around Honfleur. We do not want to go into Paris as we have been several times previously and will be on a French waterways River cruise this Fall. Have already been to Normandy as well.

Any other unique suggestions in and around Honfleur? How far is it to LeHavre from Honfleur.
