Anyone else have issues w/NCL excursions websit?

Looking at ncl excursions on their website. I have a W. Caribbean cruise booked for March 2016. I've been looking at the Tulum ruins trip when in Cozumel, but now it has disappeared. While I'm guessing it's a popular excursion we are still nearly 200 days out and I can't imagine it has already sold out. Plus when I look up information about the cruise in general (all dates) it doesn't list it as one of the "things to see". Yet, it still lists it as an option on other cruises within the same time frame? My list of possible excursions has also decreased in number by 10.

Is this just a glitch in the site (ie others are having similar issues)? Or the site is undergoing maintenance? It is of course after hours so I can't talk to a NCL rep until tomorrow. I'm just going to fret and toss and turn tonight but was hoping to see if others had issues so that I can rest a little easier...

I had some issues a few days ago. I was logged in and looking at my booking but it would not let me plan anything for excursions. The page just had some strange '"computer" messages and then it actually said at one point that they were having an issue I eventually ended up looking at excursions through another route.

I had a point where the Tulum excursion wasn't registering, too. Using advice from this forum, I logged on using a different browser and there it was! And once I'd saved it to my Favorites then it showed up when using my normal browser.

Another 12 excursions missing. Just spoke with NCL. So frustrating; got all these different reasons why the excursions were missing "they're sold out ummm 20+ excursions sold out in 2 days time on a cruise that's 200 days away? "They're updating the website"-will the excursions be coming back? They're holding some Cozumel excursions back, which excursion do you want? In discussing the Tulum excursion the rep talks about arrival departure times, turns out they are cutting our port time  I felt like I was talking to one of my second grade students that was caught being naughty. "What story can I tell that she will buy?"

Dear NCL just tell the truth!

I noticed the excursions on my upcoming cruise went from 89 down to 60 overnight with only 1 excursion offered for San Juan. Since I have a 75.00 credit promotion due me, this stinks. The rep from shorex assured me that as the cruise gets closer more will be offered. Hope he is right.

We are leaving on a cruise next Friday and the "Vacation Summary" on the site still says "Map Coming Soon" as it has done for the last 200+ days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek:

I am on a January 2016 cruise and have 3 ports without excursions, some ports with many excursions and some with only a couple. It has been this way since the itinerary changed in July. Patience is becoming my middle name in dealing with this cruise and NCL.

Looking at other Caribbean cruises at the same time frame and seeing lots of rumors about more delays on Harvest Caye opening. Of course NCL isn't saying anything but I am getting the feeling that Harvest Caye may be a falling domino that is pushing around itineraries, port times and excursions. It would be really nice if NCL actually understood that their customers value their precious vacation time and would appreciate clear COMMUNICATION so that we could make informed decisions.:p

Almost certainly not the case here, but we discovered the differences between the front page general excursions and the ones for our cruise. We had planned where we wanted to go on some port stops on our cruise before we booked, but didn't account for some not being available on our trip because we were landing in St Lucia on a Sunday. Several of the ones on the general excursion page don't run on Sunday!!

The other problem with their IT at the moment is sudden business lurches inflicted by top management. I dare say the IT guys and gals still don't know whether they are "punched, bored or reamered" after the sudden edict from on high to mess about with all those cruises and bookings suddenly hit them this summer, never mind having to cope with promo offers that change every couple of months and all have to run concurrenly for the next couple of years at least. I wonder how many blobs and coded acronyms they now have to deal with on keycards on every ship? And that is without the "we are trying that idea on one of the ships" - must be a total nightmare for those managing the programs on billing computers on the ships. Oh, and I forgot to include the specialist dining a la carte charging coming in as well - they just keep on coming.

Been there got the scars. "Seems like a good idea" top management can seriously disrupt smooth running in any company infrastructure and we have certainly seen enough of that management style this year! Let's hope they can recover some stability and common sense soon.
