Newbie...Riviera Caribbean dining question

Just wondering before I book our speciality restaurants, are there any special BBQ or deck party nights on a typical Caribbean cruise, would not like to miss out. Good to hear there's 20% discount in La Reserve with drinks package.:). Hope for some advice, thank you!

We were on the Riviera in March for 14 days in the Caribbean and there was not.

While there could be a deck party, it would be later than dinner and should not impact your eating. It would be dancing, both passengers and staff with a dessert set up.

I have attended quite a few deck parties on Carib itineraries on Marina and Riviera. They are quite fun. No BBQ or food. I think I even remember one on Regatta.

Yes there was one on our cruise ..I think it was for the crew but passengers were invited to join

I remember a Christmas Party (not at Christmas) and a Country Fair Party on the same long Amazon cruise on Regatta with Dottie as CD. But there was no 'white night' party with line dancing like they did on Princess. (I hated it because I don't like stomping country music in the Caribbean.)

There was a deck party on Riviera last December in the Caribbean but it was music, dancing, maybe dessert (?) and started after dinner.
