Splash Academy question (not a complaint!)
Am I reading correctly that the Port Play is now free? We plan to stay on the ship at Port Canaveral and I assumed my daughter would want to go to the club at some point that day and I was prepared to just pay. But according to the new FAQs on the NCL site, it's saying only Late Night is fee-based now (which I'm sure we'll also take advantage of).
If not, not a huge deal (it wasn't too much money) but if it IS free, that's about $20 more I can add to her souvenier bankroll

Here it is... and it's confusing... it says that its free except they list a charge: $6 per child / per hour... I'm guessing that's the nominal fee they're talking about during meal times.

It looks like they are now going to do what RCI does - charge ONLY for the Lunch (and dinner hour) which would normally be closed on a port day. So it looks like port play is now free with the exception of the meal times. Well at least that's good news
