Rare Honolulu Blue Posted September 19, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2014 I was wondering if any cruise lines have any minimum dress requirements for areas outside the dining areas (e.g. lounge, night club). I understand Carnival is pretty much "come as you are" outside the MDRs and steakhouses. I'm not counting stuff like "keep your feet and privates covered" that's the rule in their lido restaurant areas.
dancinman66 Posted September 19, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 19, 2014 Cunard dress requirements are ship wide after 6 pm Most don't mind too much otherwise outside of dining room Sent from my iPhone using Forums
GUT2407 Posted September 19, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 19, 2014 Cunard are ship wide. HAL sat that they are. But don't seem terribly keen on enforcing them. But nor are most of the lines.

In fact on Crystal after 6pm men must wear long pants. On my last cruise I saw staff going around telling men who were in shorts that it was almost 6pm...time to go change!
