Princess casino question.

Hi. Does anyone know if the Princess casinos have a club & what its name is? I get a card on our last cruise which says to inform them if we book another cruise which we have & I sent an email last Monday to the email address on the card but no reply. I have had 2 emails come in from Royal Vip but they appear to be online betting so I have not replied. Can anyone help. Thanks Suexxx

I once returned home and received a letter that if I book another cruise within certain dates AND cruise within another set of dates, I would receive $25. in the casino. I phoned (don't remember an email address given me) and got assured over the phone that I would get the money once onboard.

Got onboard and never received the money. I remembered to bring the letter with me tho, and they were obligated to give me the money.

My last trip, which was 28 days I was told the same would happen once I got home. To this date I have never received a letter from the casino or a card. Very disappointed because we have already booked a cruise and we are leaving the end of Feb. Oh well, starting to sound rather typical for Princess Lines.

Usually, if the Casino is awarding money for your next cruise, you will receive a letter in your cabin mailbox the day before the end of the cruise and you are instructed to bring that letter with you on your next cruise - there are also usually stipulations that the next cruise needs to be booked within a certain time frame and certain cruises are excluded.

Yes present the letter to the casino. If the $25 dollars comes with the booking then it will appear online with your booking and you will need to print it out,. For the letter you receive the night before disembark i believe you have seven months to book and use it.

We were on a B2B last fall and got to know the Casino Host from doing several tournaments. On the second cruise she told us that we had one of these credits on the first cruise that we didn't even know about. She just walked us over to the cage and processed it. So the casino knows if you have a credit, and you don't necessarily need the letter.
