Update:
A casino concierge never contacted us. We logged into the website and noticed the Star Princess cruise was no longer there and we each had a FCC equal to the amount we each paid in taxes, fees, etc. on the cruise. We also had a future $50pp OBC listed.
We previously had a complimentary (less taxes, fees, etc.) Mini-Suite on 10 night Greek Island sailing on Star Princess that was covered by a casino offer.
We called and spoke with someone and Princess casino and told them we wanted to rebook. They would not honor our original casino offer and would only let us book with our current offers. (which are not as good)
So we ended up switching to a 7 night Caribbean itinerary on Sun Princess in a balcony cabin and had to pay $232 more.
Se we lost 3 nights of cruising, newer ship, Med itinerary, and mini-suite and had to pay more money all because THEY cancelled our cruise.
Doesn't seem right for some reason
Thoughts?
