First time on board the Horizon in 2019 there was a huge water leak two cabins down from me, and I also saw several buckets around the ship catching other leaks... On another note, what time does it get dark in Aruba? Your pictures from last "night" look light until pretty late...

The "best tequila" on any Carnival ship is usually Patron Reposado or Anejo... In order to make a truly great margarita the most important thing is the fresh lime juice, which you'll likely only find at the Alchemy Bar unless someone else has a secret stash. Most of their "stock" sour mix is only going to make a "decent" margarita no matter how good the tequila is... Just my 2¢...

The only way to receive additional points as a solo is to book the Haven (1 extra point per night) or book a Latitudes Rewards Insider Offer... Other than that, it's 1 point per night...

I was in cabin 12358Z... Lot's more floor space and a window than the regular solo insider.

Only offers I ever get are to "upgrade" to an ocean view from an inside for around $450 - $500... No thanks...

I've done the solo insider, solo sea view, sea terrace, and xl sea terrace... Honestly for the money, I'm just as happy in the solo insider... It's awesome to have a balcony, but the two or three total hours I spend out there aren't worth the extra $...

One time I was flying home from Sarasota visiting my dad. I had come straight to the airport from the beach, and still had on my swimming trunks with nothing on under them. Something similar happened with the body scanner, and they wanted to do a "frisk search"... The guy pulls out a flashlight and shines it down my shorts. Unfortunately I had just come from the beach, so there may have been some "shrinkage" involved. Luckily I was cleared to fly, and went on my way...
