This was our experience in Barcelona as well. We started two cruises from there. While it flowed well, people came when they wanted. -

I would settle for permanent lines and some set times. Does the Regal Princess have a BB court.

It currently is only once during the cruise and a Fun Squad member overseas it. The lines and net are temporary

Same for our Horizon cruise. I wish they had defined times and sign ups for a more structured plan to play.

The culture is the culture. Those that follow it are ok, the ones that do not, they will make any and all arguments with rationale to justify their unwillingness to follow. -
