Actually "they" are wrong. The I is silent. But you will hear it both ways. If you don't believe me find a video of FDR (the founder) pronouncing it. While there might be rules of English in play a name is pronounced the way the owner of that name says it is.

We've also left ours on the last couple of cruises. I haven't really used the ones I took home from the first time we got them. I also wonder what they do with the ones that people leave onboard.

How long has this port been used there? I don't remember any of this. We were there in 2013. Seems we pulled up on the street, gave the porters our bags and went in a building, then to the ship.

Pretty sure that's only applicable for those that book directly with Oceania. I've always used a TA and never seen what you're referring to.

Yes, it makes a difference on Oceania also. You can have a glass of wine on the Aquamar Terrace if you take it with you. There is no service there.

Mine expire in Jan 24. I don't have anything booked until Jan, 21 of 24. I sent ours in on June 23rd. They might be slow about processing the paperwork, but the check cleared my bank in two days of them receiving the package.

Well if you're in the theater during the show, then obviously you're not going to hear anything in your cabin from the show.

I'm basing it on the free cruises not including Olife since it started. This might be different. Please let us know the outcome when your TA finds out. Since this is all new there are still a lot of things to find out.
