  1. We called our Doctor, told him we were going on a cruise and wanted to take Paxlovid with us..he wrote a prescription that day..it was not a problem at all.. Jancruz1
  2. My husband and I took Paxlovid with us on the cruise(May) in case we needed it..we did in fact use it two months later (July) when we got covid and we hadnt any idea where we contracted it...you can, get a prescription and take it with you it is free.. Jancruz1

  4. I have done the land tours up at 7 and out by 8, luggage packing and unpacking.. and never again..I would do it on my own and stay in each city a few day or cruise only. Jancruz1

  9. I just got my test back for a Monday August 1 cruise (tomorrow) on Radiance and it was positive..I had Covid July 8th and took Paxlovid..had a negative home test on July 20th, is there any way I can go on cruise as I feel fine and am told I am not contagious any more.. Jancruz1

Our first time on Carnival in 20 years..we are going with Daughter and her husband, Stu and I, daughters ex husband and wife, grandaughter , grandson and great grandaughter 10 years old..very excited..We usually cruise on much smaller ships so this will be an experience.. Oceania has their act together you dont have yours together, a letter was sent from O posted earlier in this thread from Carlos Ortega that you must have a test if leaving from the US..its very clear you will need a test at this time Unless that changes before September 9 This is a boring subject since you will not just accept the current rules..We are beating a dead horse!!!   19. Absolutely you can get a dinner setup on your balcony from a specialty or any other restaurant Never had a problem.. Jancruz1

I love the Haven on NCL..we have been several times and are going again in October on Prima ..you are escorted on and off the ship separately and lots to see and do in the evenings love the ice cream shop and Starbucks the shows are outstanding (we saw Jersey Boys) Different experience but wonderful..
