  1. Need to know: 1) Did you use ANY OBC to book any excursions? 2) Do you want to cancel one excursion for 2 passengers in same Booking? 3) Were there terms stated that this excursion had cancellation restrictions?
  2. Some excursions through Princess like private vehicle will not be refundable and it clearly states it. But, I have gone into the Personalizer and cancelled excursions and refund has always been to my credit card within a few days. There is usually terms stated that you can cancel up to a certain date. One time I phoned agent suggested OBC and I firmly said No, refund to credit card.

  7. It really doesn’t matter to me. Canada Post says updated today at 2:38 pm expected delivery tomorrow. The delivery preference does not work. By the way the notification was found in my Trash folder.

  11. I had standard fare. One person activated their OceanNow app and was charged $14.98 one time fee. They ordered for both of us using this. Room service by cabin phone has a $5 charge each time. Breakfast card on door - free. It is your choice- not mandatory to use Ocean Now delivery.
  12. Canadian here: I ordered ours in December. Charged $15 on app. Credit card billed this week for $20 CAD. Feb 18/24 Regal cruise. I will continue to pick up at terminal after this.
  13. Yes they do provide your TA with a booking number, but my last TA said she could not log into my personalizer.
  14. I want a TA, face to face, meet the first time and follow up with phone & emails. I am at the stage where I choose the cabin & fare I am willing to live with- so I am happy to get a price drop, but not counting on it. What I’m trying to get away from are these annoying Princess afflicted people who are constantly after me for upgrades etc. one even booked a cruise without me knowing about it- until I saw it in my personalizer. is there a way to unsubscribe from the emails or calls?
  15. I am leaning towards a local TA, but what if they go out of business and have your booking?
  16. I am only interested in a TA outside of Princess, so no CVP or PVP, because these are the ones who are bothering me. Also, I am Standard fare and probably get more then my share of these unwanted calls etc. Would like to hear more from those who are using a travel agent- not an online or Princess affiliated one.

Canadian here: we pre pay crew appreciation Give cash tip to elite mini bar setup delivery, elite afternoon tea delivery & elite laundry delivery if we are there when it happens. write up crew appreciation forms at GS during the cruise Recently did away with extra cash to dining room, bars & cabin crew, except in over and above service. None of my business or judgement as to what others do about tipping.
  18. My long time travel agent in T.O. retired during the pandemic and I don’t recall getting emails or phone calls promoting packages etc while I booked through her. Since then I’ve booked online and have had several voicemails and emails from Princess associates bothering me. Recently, one sent me an email with my current Booking number. Are those who book through a travel agent ( not Princess ) getting these annoying calls, emails?
  19. The drop off fee? I made a reservation and they added $100 drop off fee. I canceled I made a new reservation for $90 less and there was no drop off fee. corolla wonder if I will be charged the drop off fee in Galveston? IAH-Galveston one day rental

  21. Yep, my assumption as well. I am bothered by my Booking Number being given out and that the email came from Jude ( whom I have never heard from) rather then Victoria Beck who has been bugging me, since the last self appointed planner quit. I have never responded to any of their phone calls or emails.
