  1. They'll need separate lines for those checked in vs. not checked in.
  2. My last cruise was a combo. Self serve during the down time and a crew member there during the busy times.
  3. I assume this is in relation to Rina, which isn't projected to really come close to Bermuda?
  4. I hope you all didn't get scurvy on the cruise as a result.
  5. You can now buy cruise planner items when booking your cruise.
  6. That's a hell of a price for that beverage package.
  7. So, OP is mad that RC isn't budging from the cruise terms agreed to by booking the cruise in the first place?
  8. I can get a beer on an RC ship for $8. In some cities on land, that same beer can be $10+. I live in a small town and even the local hole in the wall has $7.50 beer. RC liquor prices are quite competitive with shoreside prices.
  9. Every restaurant in the USA puts a huge markup on liquor, so it's definitely not an RC thing.
  10. I think there was an ugly sweater contest, but nothing different than any other dinner.
  11. I get the impression that many people buy the drink package despite having vouchers, so I can't imagine they'd make it cheaper in lieu of vouchers.
  12. Be careful with annual plans (at least with Allianz) as the default trip cancellation/interruption dollar amounts are per policy, not per insured like single trip plans are. Annual plans are fine, just make sure you up the coverage. Also shop between annual and multiple single trips to see what makes more financial sense.
  13. Many use both. App to pick your arrival time, then website to do all the manual entry.
  14. Your cruise contract says that you acknowledge that itineraries can change.
  15. It doesn't even ask you to scan your passport if you check in with the website.
  16. It makes no sense why RC would do this, unless they're kind of desperate to get more people on Celebrity cruises.
  17. I've seen bracelets on teens before (your typical tear off ones, not the snap on muster ones). I always assumed that was related to the teen club. We just aged out of Adventure Ocean and the next cruise will be my son's teen club debut, so I'm not sure what those bracelets are for.
  18. I would think it could be dependent on ship and sailing and even staffer. Don't teens registered for the teen club wear bracelets of some sort? People (snarky passengers and crew doing things by the book) could be on the lookout for those, especially early on.
  19. Call it whatever they want, but the Beach Club is a rip off ever since it went above $100
  20. Of course, but this is an age limit thing for an open deck venue. For ships he's sailed on.
  21. That would be disappointing if he didn't know the rules on his own ships
