I can get a beer on an RC ship for $8. In some cities on land, that same beer can be $10+. I live in a small town and even the local hole in the wall has $7.50 beer.
RC liquor prices are quite competitive with shoreside prices.
Be careful with annual plans (at least with Allianz) as the default trip cancellation/interruption dollar amounts are per policy, not per insured like single trip plans are. Annual plans are fine, just make sure you up the coverage. Also shop between annual and multiple single trips to see what makes more financial sense.
I've seen bracelets on teens before (your typical tear off ones, not the snap on muster ones). I always assumed that was related to the teen club.
We just aged out of Adventure Ocean and the next cruise will be my son's teen club debut, so I'm not sure what those bracelets are for.
I would think it could be dependent on ship and sailing and even staffer. Don't teens registered for the teen club wear bracelets of some sort? People (snarky passengers and crew doing things by the book) could be on the lookout for those, especially early on.
