Hello, Taxis and local travel agents are just outside the port gate (1 minute from the ship). If you don't want to spend a lot of money go to Makris Yialos Beach which is very near to the port by either taxi or the small bus. Myrtos only by taxi is possible or with a local travel agent who has a mini bus. The road down there is not for big busses. Melissani is the classic highlight of the island but in my opinion a beach day is better. Kefalonia has great beaches. I hope I helped.

This happened also last year on their cruises. I don't know why they didn't change it then and waited until now to change for this year as well....

Norwegian is opening for sale new seven-day round-trip cruises to the Western Caribbean from the Big Easy starting on Oct. 20, 2024 aboard Norwegian Getaway, as well as voyages to the Eastern Caribbean from Port Canaveral, Fla. beginning on Oct. 30, 2024 on Norwegian Epic. Cancelled 2024 Voyages: NCL Getaway: 29/9, 9/10, 19/10, 28/10, 6/11, 16/11 & 27/11. NCL Epic: 17/10, 29/10 & 10/11.

Since in Argostoli you will have plenty of time you can start with a shore excursion probably to the caves which is the highlight of the island and then when you return you can have some free time in the town or go to the nearest beach.

Can actually anyone see the itineraries for summer 2025 and after? The only cruises I see they go until May 2025.

Santorini & Zakythos (maybe Mykonos if too many ships) tendering is a greek tragedy. Avoid these ports if you can.

According to various port registries Sun & Sky will switch itineraries in 2025. Basically it is confirmed that the Sky will take over the Sun's.

Bigger ships most probably got the spots in these ports instead of Israel. RCCL made bookings recently in all there port with bigger ships of 4000-5000 pax so probably they get priority in the berth.
