Now where is the fun in that! 😁 I just usually don't get my money's worth out of Cheers! that day. Megan looked like she might have though. -
Saint Greg's Alaska Jewel - Live - August 28, 2023

USA Pre-clearance in a few countries, Canada is one of them. Because his first flight was just Canadian domestic you would not be cleared by US customs there but would be on the leg heading to the US. It avoids having to go through customs at your first US airport. Notice that when he got to Chicago he simply went to his next flight. -
LIVE… Carnival Celebration 9/3/23-9/9/23

Whew, all caught up. Loved the Celebration back during the first week of May. Really didn't think I would considering her size but had a great time. Seemed far less crowded that it is. Golden Jubilee, Latitudes and P&A for the music were our faves and we didn't eat once in the MDR with all the other options! -
It's Time for a CELEBRATION!!! (with pics) - April 16th 2023

The couch is closer to the balcony in this room. You can also tell on the deck plans as this room and others will be marked as "does not accommodate a scooter". And that balcony is HUGE! Well, bigger than I was expecting. That bump out is nice. It did keep the balcony fairly shaded but we liked that as it was really hot on our sea days. We just hung out there mainly. Could hear some of the music on lido and the waves below. They had two lounge chairs, a table AND a regular chair out there. Enjoy your upcoming cruise! -

Unacceptable!! Is it too late to remove all gratuities? 🙄 -
A decent hamburger. And don't try and convince me Guy's is.

Why No ice buckets on Carnival Venezia
VictorWI replied to phoneman69's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
We ordered ice from room service on the Celebration back in May and it came in a plastic bag but they did not bring a bucket. We put it in the fridge and figured we would ask the steward when we saw him for one. Well we forgot and a few days later when we remembered, we had a nice bag of water in the fridge. No leaks so it does seal well. 😁 -

How the holy he-double-hockey-sticks did someone on the ground not notice that they were not loading any luggage on a plane? Especially when you were so delayed to begin with. -

I'm no Flightaware exper but watching your flight and it just changed to Taxiing for Takeoff! -
That looks like hours and hours of my youth right there, as well as most of my paper route monies one quarter at a time!!

I resemble that comment!! 😆

Did you collect your "freebies" from the hotel? That "chic" tote bag could make a good day beach bag. Not that your normal one doesn't work. 😁 "All Miami guests receive a chic tote bag, a refillable water bottle, a free welcome drink (alcohol for 21+ only), and exclusive access to private beach in South Beach (including two beach chairs and towels)."

What is the market price on their ants eggs? I could eat the grasshoppers no problem but not sure about ant eggs. 😬

I so wanted to jump off the Celebration and onto the Scarlet Lady for a S2S recently but couldn't make it happen. One of these days I'll sail on Virgin though. Until then, I'll follow along on another Sid adventure. Enjoy!!

We had the bump out balcony directly below you last week (#11358) and it had two loungers, a table and a single chair. We enjoyed lounging out there with the shade for sea day afternoons. Anyone know if you get one configured like this will they honor a request to swap a chair with another lounger? -

We just got off the Celebration Sunday (sailed 4/30-5/7) and we never saw Seadogs open. Not sure when it is supposed to be open but apparently never when we looked. 🙂 -
I tipped extra at all the bars/restaurants last week on the Celebration - never did eat at the MDR with all the options. Having so much OBC it was Carnival tipping their own employees anyway. 😁 But even so if I had no OBC I would have anyway.

Road beers have that effect! 🙂
