  2. Check your order history on the OM in the app. That shows your order and look at the color shown. If you check the App, that may or may not be correct. The App is all over the place, I’ve shown blue, gray and sometimes it’s correct in black. If they mail the wrong color, GS will correct it, takes 2 mins. Don’t worry about the travel summary, that’s the color level at the time of booking…usually.
  3. Wow! Is the old App showing correctly? Just curious. As long as the website shows correct information, you’re good to go.
  4. You know it might be the ship, because I always thought we had more variety. But, recently, the Sapphire repeated about every 10 days. So, we knew the menu and planned our SD, CD etc. I’m sure it’s just me. 😳 Now, that I’m home, missing those prepared meals. 🥴
  5. You’ll see a huge cart of pool towels, just before you get off the ship to take. NP When you return, look for the Princess umbrella and a cart to leave your used towels.
  6. It does get a little boring. We just did 47, and mixed it up with SD, CD, MDR, UBD, pop ups, lido grill, Buffet, IC, RS, etc. I get bored with the repeat of MDR dinner about every 7-10 days. I wish they would rotate every 14 days on these longer ones.😘
  7. This sounds like the pre existing clause. Which we have never had to use, but have always been told you have to purchase at the time of booking. Did you purchase the standard PVP or the Platinum PVP? The platinum should be CFAR. I would ask the TA/CVP for clarity and also check with your Credit card company to see if you have any coverage with them.

  10. Most likely. To be sure, always check the port schedules at any port you are using. It’s always been Brooklyn when we’ve been there. But, I always check it.

  13. The App may be showing this as the wrong price. We have thread about the increased price. When you go to book it, it may charge the correct price, should be $39 PP plus 18% gratuity. If not, book on the old App or on the website version of the App under cruise personalizer..checkin and “use our website version” shown under Google Play. Here’s the link to the thread;
  14. NP. They will send you a tracking no and we usually receive the OM’s about 11 days before sailing. Usually, USPS blue/white bubble envelope. Have a great cruise!
  15. You’ll see the $10 charge on your CC, once they are shipped.
  16. I don’t see a restriction on the website. Most pre purchased items…state you can cancel up to 3 days before sailing and you will get refunded back to your CC. Once OB, I have cancelled SD and it was refunded as OBC on my folio.

  19. It is a set menu, but there are a few little changes each day. Yes, the salmon is still on the embarkation lunch! My fave with a nice glass of wine.🍷
  20. We’ve had pub lunch on all the cruises we have done in the last year. Usually, one every 7-10 days. It’s been held in a MDR at lunch. Just check your patter.
  21. Agree. Liked more variety, especially on those longer cruises.
  22. They just want to know the airport closest to your home, in case of an emergency.
  23. The Crab Shack doesn’t have a permanent venue on the ship, so they can offer a pop up area to hold the meal, like a MDR or a venue that’s closed during lunch time. We had a pop up crab shack for lunch on the Sapphire recently, Mid ship MDR. It was $29.99 plus 18% gratuity PP. Book through the dine line on your room phone. You can check the patter or call ahead of time to see what day it will be held.

  25. Princess said you can use it until Feb 1st. However, who knows if that will be the case. It may go later. Are your OM being mailed to you? If you get them, you should be in the Green lane. Screenshot the page with the green lane. Take your OM and you’re set. Leave your old App on your phone and maybe download the new one if you have to after Feb 1st. Keep both on your phone. JMO
