  1. With the instability of Haiti and leasing and not owning the land, I think changes their investment strategy. Royal Caribbean owns CocoCay (fact) and that gives them a certain level of investment confidence.
  2. Nooooooo!!!!!!! I still have three more emed tests to use up!
  3. There are plenty of free chairs and loungers with umbrellas! Harbor Beach is an example.
  4. Captain Engineering crew Safety/security team The person keeping you healthy by wiping down railings The people who keep the plumbing working! (no handshaking) The ice cream server, if you request two cones The former CEO of RCG Lifeguards (should be given one of those high chairs) CocoCay tram drivers CocoCay dancers The washy washy guy/gal at the buffet If you fly, the pilot and stewardess If you stayed in a hotel, the receptionist/desk person Your emed proctor I'm a terrible person, I know there may be 20 or 30 I left out.
  5. For emed, no appointment needed. It usually doesn't take long for a proctor to join the session.
  6. Thanks. Very helpful information. Why do you think Royal Caribbean allows this?
  7. Why does Royal allow guests to bring on soda or wine? Also, I'm assuming these items are purchased shortly after the flight but before boarding the cruise ship because who would want to do fly with these items?
  8. I am at a weird "almost there" stage. I am one single solitary point away from achieving diamond status. Is there an inexpensive way to get over the hump so that I can hang out in the exclusive club for my October cruise? It appears as if I can neither buy, trade, barter, nor scheme my way to diamond status. On the second day of the cruise, can I negotiate my way into the Diamond Lounge? Or, will I be stuck on the outside looking in?
  9. I just purchased a set of 100 ducks from Amazon. I'm actually looking forward to hiding a few per cruise.
  10. I think it's time to bring back the classic door decoration: "Police Line Do Not Cross" in the X formation. That usually takes the cake.
  11. Deck 5, jogging track aft (rear) is a great spot for watching as the ship pulls away from the port. Shouldn't be crowded.
  12. Get there early for Cats. Theatre fills up fast!
  13. Which aspects of the Key are the most important to you?
  14. Timing of noise? All depends on who your neighbors areπŸ™‰πŸ˜‰
  15. Me, it has to be well done. Char it a bit, if needed.
  16. Title was clickbait. My post was mostly in jest (per my post history). We are truly a privileged bunch to have the opportunity to cruise and be spoiled. And to "complain" about a show such as Cats truly exemplifies that. Some people don't know where their next meal is coming from but some of us pick apart aspects of a luxury vacation that bored us while in an air conditioned theatre with a drink in hand and plenty of food around while someone is cleaning our cabin.
  17. They came into the audience during this showing.
