  1. This is the demographic that Celebrity is now targeting, younger families with children. That is why they now heavily advertise Coco Cay. Can water slide tubes on the ships be far away?
  2. I imagine you are sailing at close to full capacity which is over 6700 guest. (Double capacity is 5600) Does the ship feel overly crowded or are you able do what you want to without lines and waiting? Thanks!
  3. I agree. The large premium we now pay to sail Aqua, with Blu being the main attraction, more than compensates for the need to charge a separate fee.
  4. Blu does not accept reservations. It is strictly walk up. You will not have a problem getting seated although you could have a 10-15 minute wait if you go between 7-8pm. Enjoy!
  5. Looking forward to sailing along with you this week! Thanks for bringing us along. Have a great cruise!
  6. When we sailed B2B on the Edge in a SS my Butler told me he had 16 cabins. Luckily we are low maintenance because we hardly saw him for 2 weeks.
  7. New ships are always pricey. You will have just as good a time on the M and S Class ships. If you must have “the new ship smell”, MSC has some new ships for a lot less money than Celebrity. Happy sailing!
  8. Go for Alaska. It’s usually a once and done bucket list destination. You can do Western Carribean anytime, as they are easier to access from East Coast and a better winter destination anyway. To compensate for the long cross country flight consider a B2B Alaska cruise as we did.
  9. Unfortunately it is not in Celebrity’s DNA to add benefits especially lately. 😩
  10. I tried to book B2B cruises on the Edge, an Alaska cruise from Seattle ending in Vancouver then Vancouver to Honolulu, and was denied because they started and ended in US ports even though Vancouver was ending and starting point. What a ridiculous outdated law.
  11. Yes it is refundable and you can get cash the last day of the cruise or a refund back to your card.
  12. They had Zacapa for all 3 of my Feb and March sailings on Beyond. Yum! Guess they were temporarily out of it in January.
  13. Jr. Suites have access to Coastal Kitchen for dinner only upon availability.
  14. Thanks for the very thorough picturesque review. We enjoyed sailing along with you! Hope you found the peace and relaxation you were hoping to achieve on your cruise! Safe travels home.
  15. I agree! Use to be awesome watching the presentation table side with the flames. I thought it tasted better also.
