You did a great job of reporting all of this to the appropriate people! I'm glad that the passengers will be on the "no sail" list for the fleet. It is shocking to me that the dogs were not only allowed on board, but they were allowed to be in the dining areas. That is totally inappropriate. I'm glad you spoke up and provided documentation. I am sorry to tell you that your Stars lost tonight to the Nashville Predators 4-3. Their next game will be Monday, 1/8 at 8 PM Eastern time against the Minnesota Wild. I agree that the dog cabin needs a very deep cleaning! I hope you have a good rest after your travel day. Take care.

The dogs should NEVER have been allowed in the Lido restaurant or in the Dutch Cafe! I hope HAL will change their policy regarding this in the near future and only allow real service dogs onboard. I hope that some of the crew were able to get off the ship last night for a break. I'm wishing you a smooth, uneventful flight home. 😊

Thanks so much for giving us all a complete report on everything - the good as well as the bad. In my opinion, I think it's helpful. I don't understand why the crew member did nothing when he saw that the dog was off leash. When the dog ran into your cabin, he could have knocked you off your balance. Thank goodness that didn't happen. As for the waiter, he should have offered to give your tablemate something else. On the plus side, I love it when the waiters sing a song for a birthday or anniversary. I always enjoy that. Thanks for all your reports and pictures. Your brunch should be great! 🥂😊
