  1. Introduce your friend to the boards and show them how to use the search function for terms like "teens," "Joy," "embarkation," "excursions," "dining," etc. Hours of information available.
  2. Why can't they? Because like everyone else, they are more concerned with their own business at hand. Like, why can't topic titles be more descriptive, provide more information, and be less clickbaity? They don't have to, but in online forums, it's just the polite thing to do.
  3. Haven't seen it mentioned, I see that CF: are not combinable with Sailaway (categories: IX, OX, BX, MX), whereas CN: is applicable to ALL Categories including IX, OX, BX or MX (Sailaway Categories)
  4. Back again: CRUISEFIRST CREDITS FREE $250 WITH CRUISEFIRST Booking Window: January 12th - January 18th, 2024 11:59 PM EST.

  6. Fairly close, check the youtube videos and you can judge for yourself if it's close enough. It's part of the cruise port complex, not at a separate facility.
  7. The Entourage area on the Joy was quite small since it was an afterthought added when it left the Asian market. They most likely will still have the programming, but will run it like they do on the Prima - using different locations throughout the ship vs. a dedicated space.
  8. I received the email today, 10 days from final payment. It uses the same language you quoted, not much else except if interested and want to learn more, must schedule a call with them. It does add "Hurry, this opportunity is available for a limited time!" I'm sure like all of them.
  9. $78.00 pp both ways, not sure if that is IAH or HOU because we we don't have flights yet.
  10. I think you can apply them to reservations with balances, not if they're already paid for. Unless you use it to upgrade your cabin. They'll always take more of your money, but you won't get any back.
  11. A small deal. You can get free cabin upgrade within the same category. For instance, a base balcony might be $XYZ, the same cabin in a better location or higher floor, or perhaps an angled balcony might be +$30/pp. You'd get that upgrade for free. You would not get upgraded from a regular balcony to a family or club or spa balcony, as those are higher categories.
  12. No, you are past final payment. But you can ask if they will give you the difference in FCC for your next cruise within 12 months of completing this one.
  13. Check the tab when you sign; there's no poof if you are aware of what you're signing for.
  14. Let them know in advance that you are splitting one FAS; if they say it's not allowed, you can tell them that passenger 2 is only going to order one item and pay a la carte. Then the two of you can share the 5 items. Many report it's the staff that warns that 8 items are a lot of food and it's the staff that suggests splitting one FAS. YMMV.
  15. Going twice is not w/ vouchers; going twice is using one passenger's FAS to pick 4 items and share, return for second time with other passenger's FAS and doing the same thing.
  16. Optimal use for the NCL card is cabin upgrade or cash account credit, not leveling up. Doing the math will answer your question.
  17. The "triple up" promotion is referring to being able to use 3 CruiseNext certificates, vs. the current CRUISENEXT DOUBLEUP! OFFER Extra latitude points offers are separate and unrelated.
  18. I have a similar itinerary in March, and have been on the same years ago. Your plan is on the money. Cozumel is most developed and best for wandering around on your own. Roatan and Costa Maya don't offer a lot. I think the sloth tours and fairly short, combine that with your beach day as the beach options are much better in Roatan than in Costa Maya. In Costa Maya, there's the port area and then some offerings at Mahahual, maybe Lost Kingdom, but I'm planning on spending more time on the ship before and after checking out the remodeled/expanded port area. I do see that the Costa Maya port area just installed a flow rider attraction, anybody there recently have any info on pricing?
  19. They're not your children, and you're not in the same cabin, so it's not quite the same as bringing your teens with you. You may leave the Platinum line and go with them to the regular line if you want to stay together, but yes, they should go to the regular line. You earned the platinum perk, you may use it or choose not to.
  20. put the words together without space and add .com
  21. Free shuttles are available between the AJ dock and the Mount Roberts Tramway (about where the Celebrity ship was docked); they will get you more than halfway there. Easy walk from there to the Sheraton. If you walk the entire way, you have to go around (the bottom left area cut out of the picture, you cannot take a more direct route by following the water). It's like a 20 minute walk between the ship and tram with a decent uphill portion.
  22. NCL uses the farther away AJ Dock (where the Pearl is in the pic), other lines dock in town.
