  1. Did you black out all the usually redacted info before uploading your proof on StockPerks?
  2. No, you can drop your luggage and check in early as you will be in the first group to board.
  3. But you're only buying 1 flight, not 2, so your total flight charge would not be doubled. Unless FE has also started charging a single supplement...
  4. When staying in a hotel night before rather than going straight to ship day of sailing, if you use food delivery service most let you add on items from convenience stores. We got a couple 12 packs that way so we had them to start the cruise. No worries about the extra weight or space in the luggage!
  5. Scheduled Salerno Italy; went to Sorrento Italy (very close)
  6. It's private during the day, controlled by a wrist band and a sticker on your card. At night, it's open to the public. Day or night, it was never busy during my sailing. The loungers and sofas were seldom in use. A few times there were 4 or so people in the port side hot tub - that was the busiest. I couldn't see the Starboard hot tub from my cabin. The outside bar was either closed or just always vacant, not sure which. The inside bar (which was open to gen pop) was busy at night.
  7. On Carnival there is no future cruise incentive. The welcome home incentive is small. Sister lines of theirs do still offer incentive to book while on board. I was B2B Venezia in Sept - I only got the welcome home offer - which I had to log into my account to see, it was not an emailed offer.
  8. Hi - what exactly are you looking to learn about the Venezia Terrazza area? I was in an aft corner wrap B2B in Sept so may be able to answer.
  9. It's something that involves leaving them there - I see the "used towels" sign. Or maybe crew is practicing for port days.
  10. See, your robe (and slippers, don't forget the fancy slippers) would fit right in. They heard you like to blend in...🥴
  11. Good question w/no short answer. Biggest factor is why the change and if another port was substituted or if it resulted in a sea day. You will get credit for applicable unused port fees. The captain also makes a difference. In Feb we had multiple changes during the cruise. The net change was down 1 port and 3 shortened port days. For that cruise, we all did receive a small amount of OBC courtesy of the Captain. For the recent one in Italy changing Salerno to Italy we did not get anything as thete was no net loss. That has been my usual experience. It's part of cruising and something you accept could happen.
  12. Musicians are worth hugging - everyday! Agree w/the quote. Pass on the meal, probably yes on the drink and wine, never been to the port. Day in history was very cool. Currently 52° headed to 70° and 72° for the weekend. PT today for shoulder and very heavy email day as I try to get caught up at work. I don't know which is worse - returning from vacation or preparing to go; they both wipe me out. Packing for the Nov 26 cruise should be easy since it leaves from the same port as the one I just did - take out the couple items I didn't use & put in whatever I missed. Everything is clean thanks to wonderful HAL laundry service. Prayers and positive thoughts for all.
  13. Thanks for the follow up and so happy you enjoyed the cabin (chair scraping & heavy door aside).😊 Welcome to the Aft Cabin Club.
  14. Exactly and thank goodness so I knew Maps, etc was not wrong!
  15. **Cool shot. No idea what a Vool shot is, but I guess you nailed it!! Auto incorrect is worse feature ever.🙄
  16. Respectfully, HAL is not struggling w/inconsistencies - they've nailed that. Their struggles are w/consistency. Short staff, new staff, too little training, lingering collateral damage from Covid ... I get it and try to be gracious, but there are times when that's not so easy. Especially when tied to very real $$. I have experienced similar challenges on other lines under the Carnival umbrella and suspect they can be found on a majority of others, too.
  17. Try two 7-day and see if you find availability. Love AK - enjoy your cruise!
  18. Great clip - congrats on seeing it and thanks for sharing. L❤️VE AK!! Ketchikan is one of our favorite ports for this very reason.
