You don't have to have a drink package. Just pay as you go. There's lots of free non alcoholic drink options, tea, coffee, iced water, flavoured waters, hot chocolate. Plus you can bring one bottle wine per adult on board. When we first started cruising they had a wine and beer package which was a reasonable cost. We've only had full drink package once when it was included in the price (Different cruiseline).

Some of the European sectors are almost sold out. Just a handful of cabins available. Will be interesting to see how busy the next quarter is. You can still buy the mini sectors. Other cruise lines do annual world cruises, so never say never Thanks for all the updates @island lady As I dont do the other social media sites its great you're doing this on CC

Wishing all the regular contributers to Dani's thread a belated Very Merry Christmas. It's been a busy and thoroughly enjoyable Christmas, but today we only have our sons crazy dog to look after so we can relax and enjoy a long walk. Dani, @dani negreanu thinking of you and yours during this time of peace and hope 🙏

Looking forward to hearing about Singapore and your cruise. We've tacked on a short cruise onto our Singapore trip in a few months and will be doing similar ports -
Which time zone, Ken? Miami? If so here in Europe that would be around 5am, or is it midnight where the cruise starts? Our next cruise starts from Singapore, so does that make a difference? Thanks

Beautiful table Graham. You and Pauline are more organized than me. I was in the supermarket at 7.30 today buying the vegetables and all the extras for Christmas. Just finished wrapping presents. Taking a break before a quick clean through before our youngest g/son arrives for a sleep over. Still got the ham to cook and chocolate log to bake . Yesterday evening we had Carol singing in our street which was fun

Son and partner flew back from NY on Sunday night. I was worried the bad weather on the east coast might delay them but they left on time. We've had an awful lot of grandparent duties this week and last. Today collecting Isaac to take to the navity service at our church. My other DIL is also going with our youngest grandson. They've both got sheep onesie's to wear

Last time I looked, the Barcelona to Southampton segment was just about sold out. Not sure if that's true of all the european segments. I'm surprised with such a big US market that the first few segments weren't sold out. There's some interesting and different ports on all segments

Exactly, pppn = per person per night

Nope, had a tesco discount (UK food store) of £631 so total on invoice was £3057 or £3688 if I hadn't got the discount . £3688 divided by 32 (16 nights, two people) is just over £115pppn. It was only an OV guarantee. As I said considerably more now as cruise on that segment is showing almost full. BCN to Southampton segment
