    I understand that there is no one to help you with your luggage when you check in? Is this true? If so, it is hard for elderly people to handle that???? Then, pardon my ignorance, but all cruise lines we have used in the past (many) have someone who can set your cell phone so you can use it on board. Is there any such person because I am not that computer literate?

    Well, I for one am completely happy with this size ship and I just think people have not heard about Explora. The longer cruises is very much to my liking. I hate the shorter ones.

    I don't understand? Everything for me is the same. There is one buffet, and two restaurants that require reservations, then there are several others that you can just go to? What am I missing.

    I have a cove residence suite and I am grateful that my laundry and dry cleaning are included with the price of the suite. Do I just leave the bag on the floor by the door, or call to have the items picked up?

    I totally agree. I am so offended that someone thinks I am racist because I find these "rules" really over the top. Honestly, how do they know my origins. I am so hurt by the remarks on this board. It is very hard for me to comply with all of this, I am not that computer literate.

    You have that right. Going to Mexico in November. Easy. Going to New England and Canada next week and the paperwork is pure hell

    We have to have pre-cruise testing because it is going to Canada, so maybe a glimmer of hope.
