  1. If there's a way to help you not be a successful bidder, it's to bid the lower amounts.
  2. I have learned much form this board over the last few months. There is a 21 day day menu sequence. Typically, they run through the first 7 on a 7 day cruise. And so on down the list. While there does not seem to be an absolute on that sequence (looks like the chef's choice) there could be a switch or skip now and then. This sequence has been verified by several posts form CC cruisers and other menu sources. I've seen pretty much zero variance from that routine on cruises up to 15 days.
  3. I was thinking that you could order some other goodies to go with the tea. Those specific items are probably not going to be on the room service menu.
  4. Actually, original price comes to $15.70 per day. Less the $20 savings, difference is $4.30 + your forfeited potential usage. We're sailing next Friday and I am upgrading day 1 for two. Just don't want to be bothered with playing around for that little. Notice that the Birds don't play with it either.
  5. Said it right in my post. You get it by adding back the cost of the first day - so you can actually start using your access immediately and not waiting until after midnight.
  6. Where's the lover's part in that one? Seems like it should be usable any way you like. Are you sure you really want this? Looks like a discount from the usual cost. But, you can have the breakfast a nd tea for $4.95 each (room service fee). All of these add-ons are overpriced to begin with. If you think you want most of them, fine. Does you DH actually want 2 massages? If not, I think it's not worth it for you guys.
  7. According to IAcruising's post above, if you were to add back the cost of day one (so you actually do not have to restrain yourself from using the internet until you can upgrade on day 2) the savings is a whopping $5 for the week. Total saved is about $20 for the week; probably about the same for your 15 day. Per person, of course.
  8. Is it tagged as two massages or as a couple's massage?
  9. I believe they will allow it as long as the price is higher than your current. I don't know if premium beverages will suit you or not, but bottled water? Chances are that the ship's water supply is more pure than the bottled stuff.
  10. OBC's from outside of NCL do not show up on your account pre-cruise. They should appear after you are on board.
  11. Oops. Seems I lost track of the fact that it was a Carnival issue being discussed. Late at night...NCL board...overlapping stories. Sorry for the confusion..
  12. Charges are tagged to the card used for the purchase. When checking in, if there are multiple passengers sharing the cabin, they ask for authorization for others to be charged to passenger #1's account, if that's what you want to do. Otherwise, there should be a separate tab pinned to another credit card.
  13. There's a pretty big gap between saying that there are restrictions on high bandwidth services like Netflix and "they restrict access to anything not known to be a social media site or app". Outside of video content (which is supposed to be allowed with the premium service) what do you saya they are blocking?
  14. What's your opinion on using cabin tap water vs. buffet dispensers? I would expect the same water unless the buffet uses additional filtering. Otherwise, it should be sourced from the same supply.
  15. Rocks upon you...but nerf ones. Personally, i don't need to see a list of every activity, but there are often bits that I'd like to know (like restaurant hours, particularly on boarding day)
  16. Okay. Thanks for the verification.
  17. That's not what I said. I was referring to the one word - not the entire sentence. OP indicated that "credits" was substituted for "deposits". Either way, it all refers to the value of the certificate.
  18. No idea why the language was changed, but I don't see any significance to it. The word "credit" seems entirely appropriate.
  19. Well, my friend, these are public forums. Many noses may appear. I still disagree with your representation in that implies too great a connection. Difference of opinion. I'm just fine with leaving it with that.
  20. Don't tell me that the Chief goes pantless! 😲
